Larport Solar Farm is a 45MW photovoltaic (PV) facility located in the southern part of the Clay Hill Pit Substation at Dormington. Our expert team conducted a comprehensive noise assessment during the planning process to ascertain the potential impact on nearby receptors, including residential properties.
The noise assessment process involved numerous stages, including baseline noise monitoring, noise modeling, noise mapping, and the implementation of effective mitigation cost effective measures. These stages allowed us to ensure a thorough evaluation of the potential impact on neighboring receptors while simultaneously enhancing the overall success of the project.
