Tropical Pressure Festival 2023
Project Details:
Tropical Pressure Festival is a world music festival that takes place annually in Cornwall. With multiple stages featuring live music, it is important that we accurately monitored the noise levels to ensure that the festival is compliant with local noise regulations and has a minimal impact on the nearby residents in the Porthtowan area.
We worked with the festival organisers and the local council to deploy remote access monitoring positions across the site and near to noise sensitive receptors. Along with this an on site acoustic consultant was the point of contact for any potential complaints or mitigation measures that could be implemented over the duration of the event to cause minimal disturbance to the local area.
