Our team at inacoustic was proud to be a part of the Seaton Quay residential project, bringing our expertise in acoustic consultancy. Our role involved ensuring that the project adhered to approved document e and approved document o, preventing noise issues from overheating. Additionally, we conducted a plant noise assessment to evaluate the sound levels of all heat pumps associated with each property, following the guidance provided by the Institute of Acoustics. We are pleased to have contributed to the success of the project, delivering 90 new sustainable homes to Seaton while revitalizing a long-neglected brownfield site.
